Compared with the traditional pellet machine with upper push device , the 8th Generation Biomass Pellet Machine mainly improves the feeding method, replace the upper push to down push device, which realize the continuous discharging and high pellet forming rate. At the same time, it is more convenient for the replacement of wearing parts as rind die, roller, etc, which extremely extends the service period of the pellet machine and improves productivity.

Down feed motor

Adopt bottom push device with a hard-toothed K series reducer for longer lifetime.
Ensure continuous discharge, the process is smoother and uninterrupted and keep no material residue here. Therefore the pellet temperature will be rapidly cooling.

Feeding tray display

With split-structure design and great hardness steel ball treated by high-frequency, to exteed the service life of feed gear ring.

One-piece casting bearing

One-piece casting main shaft & Increased spline modulus To prevent damage to the spline shaft caused by hard start of the pellet mill.

Four disc bearings

The four pieces of bearing design is adopted to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the main shaft, and the bearing adopts a split-structure design.

Gear oil flow meter

Added function for detection of reducer oil flow. When the flow is too low, an alarm will be triggered to protect the main shaft bearing and reduce losses.

What is Bio-energy & Biomass Fuel

Bio-energy is a new environmental-protection energy, which can be made out of any agricultural or forest waste without any need for a binder or adhesive.

The equipment required varies by raw material. Below are standard configurations:
Wood Logs: Crusher → Hammer Mill → Pellet Machine → Cooler → Packer
Grass/Straw: Crusher → Hammer Mill → Pellet Machine → Cooler → Packer
Sawdust/Husk: Pellet Machine → Cooler → Packer

Materials with >15% moisture require a dryer (position varies)
